Winter Newsletter Entry:

Hello friends,

We have had a really crazy start to this year! We felt that this year would be all about growth and learning from what happened last year and then January 9th happened.

For any who aren't aware, January 9th was the day the axe dropped on Victory Motorcycles. We had absolutely no idea it was coming nor any idea of how to react after it did. After some soul searching, we decided that as a company we would do everything in our power to not only expand our services for these owners but that we would like to help increase the brand awareness. This has led to us selling quite a few Victory Motorcycles and helping to identify more growth opportunities for Indian Motorcycle as a potential alternative for current Victory owners who don't want to ride it til the wheels fall off. We always have been and will continue to remain committed to having the Victory Motorcycle brand carry on if only as a used option after 2017. In light of that we plan to make Memorial Day weekend something epic in remembering the production of this line. Stay on the lookout for more information but we promise that you'll want to make us a part of your Memorial Day plans.

On another note, we've got a big surprise coming for Indian Motorcycles. This past weekend was the launch for the new Roadmaster Classic, dubbed the Bison, but more things will be coming shortly after that. A couple new models will be coming out over the spring and we've nearly completed our production of the coolest Indian Springfield we could muster up. We will also be unveiling some new custom Roadmaster, Chieftain and Springfield models over the next 6-8 weeks. These will be limited editions and numbered with top of the line paint & custom accessories on them. All of these will be available for sale and there will be Facebook Live unveilings of all of them. If you haven't liked us on Facebook yet, please visit www.facebook.com/okobojimotorsports and hit the like button. We also have our website up and running at www.okobojiindian.com with all of our inventory and our calendar on it too.

As for the calendar, we are hoping Mother Nature helps us out and lets us have a long riding season. We will be starting a supper ride twice a month at the end of April (weather permitting) and have definite plans to host at least 2 destination rides towards the Mississippi River. These will be "ride over and stay in a hotel" events with more rides happening throughout our stay. This way we can explore some new roads and capture quite a bit of the scenery without mixing bottles and throttles. If interested, please respond back to this email or text me so we can line it up.

Furthermore, the Boji Bike Rally will still be held this year. It has changed and isn’t the Victory Rally anymore but we want to do some great things with it this year. It's still far away but we want to make it something special so keep that in the back of your minds as well.

That's all for now folks but if you have any questions, please be in touch. I'm available pretty much anytime if you text or email unless I'm busy helping somebody else.

Sincerely,

Jon Jackson, 2-3 Wheel Product Specialist

Hello from Okoboji Motorsports!

I'd like to take a minute to welcome

you to the first edition of Okoboji Motorsport’s Newsletter! We are excited

that you're reading this as it means you either signed up for our newsletter or

you've found it on our blog. We hope that you're happy with the service

we're providing. I'm Jon Jackson, and I handle most everything online and on

Facebook and I'd like to invite you into our shop. We have decorated for the

holidays in both the "on-road" and "off-road" showrooms.

Christmas will soon be here…

When you get here this holiday season,

we'd love to show you around and help you find some Christmas items for those

"hard to shop for" guys and gals out there. Right now we have some

cool new Indian Motorcycle die-cast models that are rustic and affordable. We

offer some great “Facebook” only or early deals. Make sure you like our

business Facebook page of Okoboji Indian Motorcycle including Slingshot and

Victory. By the time you type in Okoboji Indian, it should be populating (but

that can vary by region). Facebook is an easy way to keep in touch and find out

about the inner musings of our staff!

Furthermore, our exterior building

lights are adjusted now for Christmas so make sure you watch for the red and

green on our sign as you drive by. We’ve also learned a great deal about our

video billboard, so look for new things to be happening on that as well. If you

have any ideas on how we can do something better or different, please let me

know. I’m always willing to take advice as these are things we’ve never done

before and we want to have some fun with them.

New face, same great place…

We have a new employee that you need

to meet. His name is Ian Link and he's our newly appointed service manager. Ian

comes to us with a lot of motorcycle experience and a great will to help

people. He will do a fantastic job. and he needs to have our regular customers

stop in. Be sure to say hi to him when you do come in and see the store!

Planning ahead…

We are looking into having a bus come

pick us and some customers up for the International Motorcycle show in

Minneapolis in the beginning of February. Let us know if you might be

interested so we can get a feel for how much to plan for. It should

be a fun and rewarding experience for all that get a chance to go with. We also

will be having some fun for Okoboji Winter Games in the latter part of January

so keep an eye out for more details to follow! Until then, stay warm as it's

going to be a cold one later this week up here in our neck of the woods!

Sincerely,

Jon Jackson, 2 & 3-Wheel Product Specialist
